• Communications: SMS messages sent via the Service for booking notifications and alerts.

Envysky uses SMS text messaging to deliver automated notifications related to your flight bookings, scheduling confirmations, cancellations, and operational alerts.

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box within the Envysky app, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Envysky at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of using any Envysky service.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your flight activity. You may receive messages for booking confirmations, updates, cancellations, and important operational alerts.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us.
• Disabling SMS consent in your profile settings within the Envysky app.

• Your Flight School / Company: Administrators and instructors affiliated with your account.
• Service Providers: Twilio (messaging), Stripe (payments), and other infrastructure providers who assist in operating the Service.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.
